- Slice the avocados in half, remove the seeds and scoop the flesh into a medium mixing bowl or container. Use a fork to mash the avocado to your desired consistency.

Lets mix it up:
- Add the diced vegetables over the mashed avocado and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Squeeze in lemon juice for some acidity. Add the salt and pepper for seasoning.
- Sprinkle over the washed coriander and stir well to distribute the flavours evenly.

- Taste the guacamole and adjust the seasoning as needed. You can add more salt, pepper or lemon juice according to your preferences.
