Prep the ingredients:

Wash and chop all vegetables. Cube the tofu and set aside.

Saute the aromatics and veggies:

In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add broccoli and capsicums, Stir-fry with salt, pepper, until just tender but still vibrant. Set aside.

Cook the tofu:
- In the same pan, add another tsp of olive oil and lightly pan-fry the tofu cubes until golden on all sides.

Prepare the Korean Bibimbap meal base:
- Empty the contents of the Heartful Flavours Korean Bibimbap meal base into a bowl and mix with water. Refer to the instructions on the packet for the correct water-to-base ratio.

Prep the noodles:

Heat the ready-to-eat wheat noodles by soaking them in hot water for a few minutes until warmed through or toss them in a pan with 1 tsp of olive oil

- Layer the noodles in a bowl. Arrange sautéed vegetables and tofu in sections for a vibrant, traditional Bibimbap presentation. Top it with the Korean Bibimbap meal base.
