Prep the dalia and dal:
- Rinse the dalia and yellow moong dal thoroughly.

Bring out the pressure cooker
- In a pressure cooker, heat ghee. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, and green chilli.
- Once they splutter, add chopped tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric, red chilli powder, and vegetables. Mix well.
- Add the rinsed dalia and moong dal. Sauté for 2–3 minutes.
- Pour in water and add salt. Mix and close the lid.

Let it cook:
- Pressure cook for 3–4 whistles on medium heat. Let the pressure release naturally.

Serve:
- Stir well and garnish with some coriander leaves.Â
- Serve hot with curd or pickle.
