    • If using fresh blueberries directly, muddle them. 
  1. Steep the Tea:
    • Place the black tea bag in a heatproof pitcher or large glass jug.
    • Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and let them steep for about 5-7 minutes, or until the desired strength is reached. Remove the tea bag and discard it.
  1. Let's Sweeten it:

    While the tea is still warm, add the Lakanto Golden Syrup to the pitcher. Start with 1 tablespoon and adjust according to your desired level of sweetness. Stir until the syrup is completely dissolved.

  1. Cool it down:
    • Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate it until chilled, which should take about 1-2 hours.
  1. Add some flavour:
    • Once the tea is chilled, add the muddled blueberries and fresh lime juice. Tear a few basil leaves with your hands and stir well to combine.
