A simple homemade fibre blend packed with chia seeds, LSA, hemp seeds, and dietary fibre to support gut health, digestion, fullness, and overall wellness. Perfect for sprinkling over yogurt, oats, smoothies, or cereals for an easy boost of fibre, protein, and healthy fats.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 jar Coles Dietary Fibre
  • 1/4 jar chia seeds
  • 1/4 jar LSA (linseed, sunflower seeds, almond meal)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
Method:
  1. Mix it all
    • Add all the ingredients to a glass jar and mix well.
    • Store in an air tight container
