Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Zaatar seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp sumac
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  • salt as per taste
Method:
  1. It all just mixing:
    • Add hummus dip, vinegar, oil and seasonings to a dressing bowl and mix thoroughly.
    • Use immediately or store this in the fridge for 2-3 days.
  2. Storage and usage tip:
    • Store the dressing in an airtight container in the fridge. Before consuming, give it a stir as ingredients might settle over time.
    • This can be used as a dip for veggies or falafel. It also works well as a drizzle over salads, grilled meats/tofu, or roasted vegetables.
