Wash and chop all vegetables. Cube the tofu and set aside.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add broccoli and capsicums, Stir-fry with salt, pepper, until just tender but still vibrant. Set aside.
Heat the ready-to-eat wheat noodles by soaking them in hot water for a few minutes until warmed through or toss them in a pan with 1 tsp of olive oil
