Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup mushroom (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • chilly flakes, salt and pepper (to taste)
Method:
  1. Saute the aromatics
    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

    • Add garlic and onion; sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.

  2. Cook the veggies:
    • Add mushrooms and cook until soft and moisture evaporates.

    • Stir in baby spinach and cook until just wilted.

    • Season with chilli flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Assemble:
    • Remove from heat and use warm as stuffing.
    • You can also store it in the fridge, to use later
